  3. Proceed to “My Cart” (click on the orange basket on the upper right hand corner) when you have added everything you need.
  4. Double check the items in your cart. You can still revise your order here.
  5. Click “Checkout” to proceed with your order.
  6. Kindly fill in the necessary shipping & billing information and select the mode of payment of your preference.
  7. For those who will pay via GCash, Paymaya and bank transfers, kindly send us a copy of the proof of payment to

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

  • Once order is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation. Should there be any concerns with your orders, a representative will get in touch with you.


When will I receive my order?

  • For all orders placed and paid (except for COD) before 12nn, we can deliver within the same day.
  • For all orders placed and paid after 12nn, they will be delivered next working day.
  • Regular delivery days are through Mondays to Saturdays, excluding public holidays where your order will be delivered the next working day.
  • A representative will get in touch with you should there be any changes to the delivery schedule.
  • Please make sure that someone is ready to receive the package.
  • Our riders can only wait up to 15 minutes. Late or no-show will be subjected to a rescheduling fee.

What are your operation hours?

  • 9am-6pm, Mondays-Sundays. We are closed on  public holidays unless otherwise specified.

What modes of payment do you accept?

  • We accept all major credit cards, bank deposits (Unionbank), GCash, and Cash on Delivery (COD)
