Cooking instructions (Deep Fry Cooking Method):
Preheat oil to 350 degrees F (178 degrees C)
Once temperature is reached, set fire to low to maintain temperature
Place breaded shrimp into fryer, deep fry for 2.5 to 3 minutes or until golden brown
Drain on absorbent paper before serving

Air-flown from New Zealand once every 2 weeks, and it is fresh and chilled, never frozen.
